Born from a market stall in Barcelona's famous Boqueria Market, the brand became a cult favourite, particularly for its iconic Gordal olives. Perelló is known for delivering the essence of "Spanish simplicity" by using high-quality ingredients and classic preservation methods. Their most famous product, the Gordal pitted olive, is a large, firm, and meaty olive packed in a slightly spicy brine with guindilla chilli, making it a perfect pre-dinner snack or addition to tapas spreads.
