Every bottle of Perelló olive oil tells a story rooted in the landscape of Navarra, in northern Spain. Grown in the region’s fertile groves, this oil is crafted from a harmonious blend of Arbequina and Empeltre olives—renowned for their gentle fruitiness and silky texture.

Hand-harvested at peak ripeness and cold-extracted within 12 hours, the olives retain their full freshness and aromatic depth. The resulting oil is beautifully balanced, with a pale straw-gold color touched by green glints. Its flavor is soft yet nuanced, offering graceful notes of golden apple, sweet almond, ripe tomato, and thyme, with just a hint of peppery warmth on the finish.
