With its rich, savoury and nutty flavour profile, Lincolnshire Poacher is a highly acclaimed award-winning hard, raw cow’s milk cheese. Handmade at Ulcley Grange Farm in Lincolnshire using milk from their own herd of Holstein Friesian cows, the cheese is matured for 18-22 months developing a crumbly texture and lingering finish. Pair it with fruity chutneys for a taste sensation.
