Important: Chilled & Perishable Goods
To maintain the safety and quality of our fresh products, we have a strict policy regarding chilled items:

Mandatory Express Shipping: Any order containing chilled products (such as fresh olives or stuffed varieties) must be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Automatic Selection: If a chilled item is added to your cart, the Tracked 48 option will be disabled at checkout to ensure your goods spend the minimum amount of time in transit.

Packaging: Chilled orders are packed with insulated liners and chilled gel packs to maintain temperature during the 24-hour delivery window.
Delivery Address & Success
Since many of our products are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

We highly recommend using the Royal Mail app to specify a "Safe Place" if you will not be home.
