Description
The Gordal Reina olives are native to Sevilla, specifically in areas like Ácala de Guadaira and Utrera. Harvested between September and October, these large olives weigh 8-12g each. They are oval, sometimes resembling a heart shape due to an indent near the stem. With a thin, speckled skin and light green flesh, they're ideal for pickling but not oil-making due to their low oil content. They offer a firm texture and a rich, balanced taste.
