The artisan Panettone Noel with Pear, Cinnamon, Cloves and Star Anise is soft and well-alveolated, thanks to our ancient sourdough and 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The yellow dough is enriched with sweet sultanas, juicy candied pears, natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar and a selection of traditional spices, such as cinnamon, star anise and cloves. The basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from safe farms, milk, cream and mountain butter
