We work directly with the producer, importing regular shipments from their family-run farm in the picturesque Jalón Valley near Zaragoza to ensure outstanding freshness and authenticity.

Established in 1975, the estate combines generations of expertise with modern milling technology, and we've had the privilege of visiting the farm to witness the meticulous harvesting and pressing process firsthand.
