Our Gooseberry & Coriander Chutney is a delicious balance of fruity sweetness and gentle spice, with the fresh, aromatic notes of coriander complementing the sharpness of gooseberries. A natural partner for strong cheeses, cold meats and crusty bread, it is equally at home stirred into natural yoghurt to create a flavoursome dip or served alongside curries. For an easy supper, spread over a pre-cooked flan base and top with caramelised onions and goat’s cheese for a wonderfully savoury tart.
