Our pralines are handmade for us by an artisan family producer in Tuscany, using selected quality ingredients. Simple yet sophisticated, Seggiano vegan Marzipan Maraschino Chocolates add the perfect final note to a meal.
They are handmade with almond flour marzipan, infused with Maraschino liqueur distilled from marasca cherries of northern Italy. Covered with 70% chocolate from sustainably farmed San Domingo cocoa, the combined flavours and texture are seductively refined, not overly sweet but mildly alcoholic.
Ingredients: Marzipan 62% (ALMOND flour, sugar), dark chocolate 25% (Cocoa paste: minimum 73% Cocoa solids, sugar, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla aroma), maraschino blend 13% (maraschino liqueur 70°, water, sugar), natural cherry flavouring.
