Description
A traditional black pudding from the Castilla y León region, made with pork, rice and fragrant cumin, giving it a distinctive firm texture and subtly spiced flavour. Influenced by the region's rich culinary heritage, it differs from British black pudding thanks to the addition of rice, making it ideal for slicing and cooking.
Delicious grilled, fried or roasted, it is a classic ingredient in hearty Spanish dishes such as Fabada Asturiana and Cocido Madrileño, or simply served thickly sliced on toasted bread with our piquillo peppers.
Each pack weighs approximately 270g (±50g).
Ingredients: Onion, rice (23%), lard, pork blood, salt, spices. Non-edible casing.
