A semi-cured PDO Manchego from Don Cayo. Made with pasteurised sheep's milk using traditional methods this is a stunning example of manchego cheese. It has a full, rich flavour, that has won it a multitude of national and international awards. 

Ingredients:

Pasteurised Sheep's milk, salt, calcium, chloride, lysozyme (from EGG white), rennet, culture.
