Description
The Classic Panettone is a soft dough sweet obtained by the natural leavening of our sourdough. The dough is soft and enriched with sultanas and candied Sicilian orange peel.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, Fresh EGGS raised on the ground in Italy, Sultana raisins (12%), Sugar, Butter (MILK), Candied "Orange from Sicily" peels (8%) [Orange peels (52%), Glucose-fructose syrup, Sugar, Concentrated lemon juice], Natural sourdough yeast (WHEAT), Emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of vegetable origin fatty acids, Fresh EGG yolk raised on the ground in Italy, Inverted sugar, Salt, Natural flavors.
