A true regional specialty, l'Affiné au Chablis Germain is a cow milk cheese. Its lightly gold tinged rind reveals a meltingly soft and creamy center. Washing with Chablis wine gives it a distinctive taste and color. Its flavor is mild with a fresh, floral and fruity aroma. Mild to medium intensity.
