Description
Perfect tossed through pasta — especially fine strands like spaghettini — it also adds depth to sauces, stews, and marinades. Blend with extra virgin olive oil for a rustic dipping oil, or use as a base for a quick, spicy pasta supper. For the classic Tuscan method, gently fry a couple of teaspoons of the mix in olive oil, cook spaghetti until al dente, then toss together and finish with parmesan and a hint of nutmeg.
