Description
Owned by the Zonin Family, one of Italy's most historic wine-producing families with a winemaking heritage dating back to 1821, the estate in Friuli benefits from an exceptionally rich terroir and a mild climate. This outstanding Prosecco is distinguished by its excellent aromatic quality and delicate perlage, displaying a bright pale straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent mousse.
The bouquet is intensely fruity and aromatic, revealing elegant notes of wisteria blossoms and crisp Rennet apples, while the palate is fresh, well-balanced, and refined, finishing with the delicate almond note that is characteristic of the Glera grape variety.
