The Bodrato Boero Cherry Shot is a signature alcoholic chocolate offering, featuring a Slow Food Garbagna cherry slowly macerated in local Piedmont Grappa, enveloped in cane sugar filling, and then hand-dipped in high-quality chocolate. The selection box provides nine cherry shots across three varieties: Dark Chocolate (min cocoa 58%), Milk Chocolate (min cocoa 32%), and White Chocolate (min cocoa 28%), all of which contain SOYA lecithin as an emulsifier and, for the milk and white varieties, whole MILK powder. Founded in 1943 by Luca Bodrato and continued by the Bergaglio family since 2001, the company maintains a commitment to artisan methods and carefully sourced ingredients. A critical note for consumers is that, due to the traditional preparation method, the cherry used in the filling may still contain its stone.
