Description
Fig Jam. Pure and simple fruit jam made solely from Dottato figs and lemon. We use lusciously sweet Dottato figs that are famously grown in Calabria, the heel of Italy. Made with minimal heat processing to preserve maximum taste and aroma, this extra fig jam contains no added sugar and is made without pectin. Its smooth, authentic character makes it a perfect pairing with creamy cheeses, yoghurt, or as a delicious spread for breakfast and desserts.
Ingredients: Dottato figs 99.4%, lemon juice, lemon zest.
