Carrie, now at the helm of an expanding dairy business, intends to optimize the spacious 1960s edifice without sacrificing its spiritual legacy.

Cosyn Cymru’s cheese is a handcrafted delight, made in limited batches from raw milk, using age-old techniques. Beyond being a staple at independent boutiques, eateries, and markets, their signature Brefu Bach has secured a spot on Neal’s Yard's shelves in London.
