    It is cold-extracted from a blend of native Calabrian Carolea olives and robust Southern Coratina olives. Intense green with golden hues, Harmonia lives up to its name with a remarkably balanced profile. The nose opens with vibrant scents of fresh grass and green tomato leaf, while the palate reveals notes of wild herbs, green almond, and chicory, finishing with a pleasant, well-rounded bitterness and peppery kick.

    Its bold, fruity character makes it ideal for drizzling over grilled red meats, rustic legume soups, hearty bruschetta, and roasted vegetables.
