Patio de Viana refers to the courtyard of the Palace of the Marquis of Viana in Jaen (Spain), now owned by our family and formerly of the Marquis who bears its name. With more than 300 years of tradition, we specialize in the elaboration of Extra Virgin Olive Oils of the highest quality.
Committed to quality and the environment, we take care of our olive grove, located in the Alto Guadalquivir valley, between the mountains and Natural Parks of Cazorla and Magina. Our family-owned olive trees cover the beautiful farmland, from where we harvest our olives to produce our highest quality extra virgin olive oil.
The entire collection and bottling process is based on our values of continuous innovation, environmental sustainability & family tradition.
