A perfect balance of Arbequina and Empeltre varieties are collected directly from the groves of the Lleida region of Catalonia, at their optimum point of ripeness they are picked and cold-pressed in a local traditional stone mill.
The distinctive smooth sweeter flavour of the gorgeous arbequina is slightly spiced with the addition of empeltre olives.
