Authentic Calabrian Nduja
Excellent for enhancing the taste of first courses, soups, pizzas and bruschetta, 'Nduja is one of the most famous, among the typical Calabrian food products and is clearly distinguished from any other cured meat, with an absolutely unmistakable taste. It is a soft, spreadable salami made with pork, a little fat, and a lot of chilli, lightly smoked before being aged for a few months.
