Harrisa spice mix

Used extensively in North African cuisine, harissa is a blend of chillies, coriander seeds, cumin, caraway, sea salt, and mint leaves. 

This mix can be used as the base for a harissa paste to be used in dishes such as tagine, or can be used as a dry rub with no preparation.
