Sun Dried Tomatoes 250g
Bring some Italian sunshine to your dishes with sun dried tomatoes from Calabria. They can be used straight from the packet or rehydrated. To rehydrate them place the tomatoes in a bowl and cover with boiling water and leave until the tomatoes are plump and juicy once more (reserve the liquid to add flavor to stocks and sauces).
Sun dried tomatoes can be used in so many different ways, chop them finely to make an amazing pasta sauce, with or without tomato passata, top your pizzas with them, season them with olive oil, garlic and oregano and eat them as an antipasto, add them to salads, cous cous, savoury rice dishes, soups, stews and casseroles.
