Air Cured italian ham is a product of excellence, with pigs raised in Italy. Sold in vacuum-packed pieces of approximately 500 gr.
Produced from the hind leg of heavy Italian pigs and prepared according to ancient traditional recipes.Perfectly aged its covered with Calabrian spices.. When cut, it has a beautiful red color with fatty pinkish textures. The aroma is intense, the flavour delicate.
Product subject to natural weight loss. The slice could be between 450 g and 550 g.
