Tagliolini Pasta with White Truffle 250g

Tagliolini Pasta with Italian White Alba Truffle (Tuber magnatum pico.) Delicious Italian egg pasta made with 100% Italian semolina flour, with the delicious addition of White Alba truffle. Simply serve tossed in butter with a sprinkling of parmesan.  

White Alba truffles are the most sought after variety of truffle in the world. They are one of the few truffle varieties that cannot be grown commercially and therefore must be hunted for seasonally in the winter in northern Italy. Sometimes known as piedmont truffles, they are renowned for their robust, complex, flavour and aroma.

Tartufi Ponzio are based in Alba, the home of White Truffle. They have been involved in the truffle trade since 1947, and since 1987 their truffle boutique in the centre of Alba has been making some of the best white truffle products available.
